The primary focus of this class is to learn and practice various meditation techniques. Each session is dedicated to education and discussion around what meditation is, why it is beneficial, and how it is connected to self -awareness, self-mastery, mindfulness, and self-realization, or accessing your full potential. The majority of each class is dedicated to practicing meditation as a group (as guided by the instructor).
