The American Geriatrics Society Clinical Practice Guidelines recommend that older people should be given a short screening for fall risk, and referred on to further assessment if needed.

Licensed Therapists from Coastal Rehab will conduct 15 minute screenings by appointment. Refreshments and tours of Legacy Memory Care will be available.
