Client Fiduciary School

from Mark Costley

Over the years, one of the most frequent questions we have gotten from clients is:

What should I tell the person who will serve as my Executor, Trustee, or Power of Attorney to do when the time comes?

We’ve always answered that they should contact us, and we will walk them through the ins and outs of their responsibilities – which is still good advice. We will be here to support you and your family as needs arise!

But we now have an additional answer! You and your future fiduciaries are invited to Clarity Legal Group’s annual FIDUCIARY SCHOOL! This is an educational seminar for Clarity clients and their fiduciaries to learn about fiduciary tools, duties, and responsibilities. We will explore the roles of executor, trustee, financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney, and how these roles work.

All who attend are encouraged to bring the family members or friends who will serve in these fiduciary roles for them in the future!

Dinner will be served at the University Club in Durham, located on the 17th floor of University Tower at 3100 Tower Boulevard. Sessions will be held on Wednesday, July 31st, and Thursday, August 1st. Please indicate in your RSVP the date that you would like to attend and the names of all guests in your party. Don’t hesitate to call our office at 919.484.0012 if you have any questions! (from )
